Today I visit CCD B block connaught place I ordered cheese pizza कॉफ़ी and samosa samosa quality is to Bad stale samosa totally waste of money samosa is break even they replace samosa and provide new one but still quality is totally unacceptable 😞😞😞😞

Terrible service. I ordered a flat white and was told they don't have it. Ordered a filter coffee, they said they don't have it. Finally I settled for a regular cappuccino and some cheese toast. I'm told my bill is some exorbitant amount and I'm handed my card back after paying. I asked for the bill, which they had already pushed into their sheaf of other discarded paper. As I look it over, my regular cappuccino has been turned to a king size and an extra espresso shot has been added to it. My cheese toast is somehow 90 rupees extra because they cut up some Britannia cheese slices and added them to it. I asked them about the king size. "Ma'am we don't have regular size." "What about the extra espresso?" "Ma'am strong means extra espresso everyone knows this." Um, excuse me. Yeah I don't need to pay money for a bloated bill, only to be sassed at by the staff and have stale soggy toast and lukewarm coffee.

As I remember from the days of my old, this has been a CCD I have frequented a lot. Mostly full with students, people meeting for professional reasons and the usual MLM, we make you rich presentations.Safe bet or what I could say, I order 9 out of 10 times - Cafe Mocha + Spinach Corn Sandwhich. To my delight this time around it was the best Spinach Corn Sandwhich I have had at CCDs around India ever or may be I was way too hungry.

I went there with my family members for rishta meeting but the care staff is was not so trained .. we ordered small size coffee but automatically they gave us large size and the reason is small size is finished... can’t they ask before billing for large size... and they have to ask about customer clearly if they are selling any things... they give whatever they want to sell without asking the customer..... my experience in ccd Connaught Place is bad....

good place with nice ambience , cappuccino with brownie superb good place for weekends.... nice hospitality recommended for couple's .... thaaankxxxx
