Was there for Sunday Brunch with friends. The spread was huge, salads, starters served at the table main courses and deserts. But everything was just passable. Everything was very very ordinary tasting, and not at all 5 star quality. Special let down were deserts, though there were a lot of varieties, everything had loads of cream in it.The major let down was the service though. When we enquired about the buffet charges we were told it is around rs2200 per head even if u don't have alcohol. We said that Zomato listed it at rs 1800 change, they said it was not their problem. Anyways we settled for that price. At 3 pm,the servers came and told us that the brunch will close , again on zomato it is updated as till 4pm. We had only reached there after 1:30 and we friends were meeting after a long time, so we were talking over drinks and hadn't finished by 3. We were trying to tell this to the servers, when the manager trotted over, started talking about some law, where they had to close the restaurant at 3pm in the afternoon. Never heard about it though!! When I pointed out the prices and timings on Zomato, he said , Ok.. we will keep the buffet open till 3:30, but finish FAST. I mean.. Dude, Come On!!! This is how you treat your customers at a 5 star restaurant. Anyways we gobbled our food in a mad rush, the  biryani was over and they refused to replenish it, but later they changed their minds and served it at the table. We paid a bill of rs 8500 for 4 people, and left with a vow of never to return again.Ambience- 3 Food-2, service- 2, VFM-2

(Zomato gold) Ambience was nice. Limited ala carte menu. Food was terrible We ordered chicken shashlik sizzler and grilled chicken breast. The chicken in chicken sizzler tasted really wierd. We had to discard the entire 🍗. Grilled chicken was well cooked but lacked flavour. We decided to leave and eat in another restaurant. Really a waste of money.

Worst service ever. No one was there to even serve a bottle of water & after repeatedly calling them, one waiter came after 20mins. Food was'nt good & a big waste of money.

So had a good breakfast at Radisson blue Hyderabad (Chill restaurant); just like the Hotel, this restaurant was also very nice and served good breakfast. Manager came twice to ask if the arrangements were good; staff was vet courteous and polite. Buffet spread was good, items not to be missed are their special health shots. Buffet had a huge variety to pick from, same was live counter. Service time was also quick. Worth giving a try.

Was here for a team dinner last week. For starters this hotel is located in a cozy place nested in Banjara hills. The spiral turns you take to enter this place gives a sense of seclusion from the city. Food - we chose the buffet; fair number of starters, a live diy chat counter and variety of salads keep you engaged. The barbecue chicken was quite bland. Could have been spicier to suit the Indian taste buds. The biryani and mutton gravy were the best. The best I ve ever had. I loved the biryani much better than the well known biryani chains in Hyderabad and I really appreciate the chef for his fine culinary skills. Desserts also came with a variety. They even had ice cream with cone waffles. Ambience- it’s a star hotel and did justice to the name Service - no complaints. Very courteous staff. Well trained and prompt in service. VFM- 4/5
