Did not serve us for 40 minutes after placing the order. Had to leave without having anything. Pathetic Service and the washroom wasn't clean...

Cafe Bandra is another cafe situated in the lanes of Pali Hill, this one’s divided into two sections, smoking and non-smoking. The smoking section is where the hookah is served and the section that was completely packed with people and smoke whilst the non-smoking section is pretty much on the emptier side which was a good thing for us.. The staff and service here is mind blowing and they’re always ready to help with smiling faces, however the food didn’t reach to my expectations, My order included 1: BBQ chicken wings: The chicken wings were good and the saucy served was nice too, this dish was a bang on. 2: Chicken tacos: The tacos were nice and crispy, however the chicken salsa filling was a total disappointment instead of salsa the filling was made up with tomato ketchup and the filling was absolutely iced cold which was ruining the taste even more. 3: Harissa chicken pizza: The pizza was a big one but the taste was a goner, found the pizza extremely bland, chicken pieces were quiet few, a little more spices would’ve been better. 4: Penne Alfredo pasta: The pasta was nice and creamy, and had the chicken taste to it too.. No complains with this one.. 5: Tiramisu: This one’s my favourite dessert and I try it everywhere I go, but I was disappointed with the tiramisu here, as it wasn’t like the traditional ones made, there was no coffee taste to it, neither any finger biscuits to it.. It was like eating another chocolate pastry.. :( Total experience Food: 3/5 Ambience: 3/5 Staff: 4/5 Service: 4/5

Blah!

I really like the place and I have also been a loyal customer at T3 which is owned by the same person. The ambience is nice and calm and the room is well lit. The only reason why I'm giving you 2 stars and not one. The manager told us to go within half an hour at first, citing that there was some police issue. It was only us and another table that he asked to leave. Nobody else. But later made us shift to a smaller table inside. Turned out that he was making space for a larger group and for that reason we had to leave. (What kind of stupid management is this?) After that, they took away our hookah in an hour saying that that's the maximum time for the hookah. But I have been here a couple of times earlier and have had sheesha for over 2 hours. It wasn't that there were people waiting for a table as well. I really did not appreciate the sly behaviour of the manager.

Randomly entered this joint for an evening caffeine kick as roaming in the Pali Hill area. Preference was for coffee but they didn't have much options in coffee apart from the basics. Apparently this is a hot place for pulling sheesha as the smoking section was packed and LIT. Yet to try the sheesha they serve so will comment on it later when the trial is done. Sheeha starts from ₹799/- and not shady at all like most sheesha places.

So this has been our worst experience to any cafe. The food was bad and the staff is very arrogant. To add up to all the valet is very irresponsible and damaged my car and did not bother to take up the responsibility of the same neither negotiate with us.Beware guys before u go to this place and hand over your car keys to them.
